I’m so happy we’re back to eating mostly at home again. We agreed to eat breakfast out once a week and dinner out once a week.
Tonight we had corn (from the store), kale and garlic scapes from our CSA bag this week, and that was topped with scallops with a lemon/chicken broth sauce. It was delicious . . if I do say so myself. Vince said it was delicious too.
Then I got another batch of salt rising bread started and made a double batch of tapioca pudding to use up the last of the raw milk.
I’m going to sit the rest of the evening and cross stitch.
