The Boots

I thought the boots would be finished yesterday but they are not finished.

There’s a strip that goes around the sole but it needs to be cut from 2mm foam. I thought I had some 2mm black foam but I don’t so I had to order that and it won’t be here til next week.

They really are cute.

I ordered these pink boots for Addie yesterday. I’m sure I’ll need to make pink doll boots now

Have you ever worked with ultra suede? Easy to needle, no raw edges and would make adorable boots.

These boots are basically ultrasuede with almost a thin layer of batting – like Thinsulate, on the back side.

Oh, I hope you enjoyed making those boots! Thank heavens you don’t have to make Addie’s!
